Orders

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Free shipping in Italy for orders over €50.00
For orders under €50,00 the shipping cost is €5.90
Delivery times are within 2-3 working days from order confirmation.

Free shipping in Europe for orders over €100.00
For orders under €50,00 the shipping cost is €10.90
Delivery times are within 4-5 working days from order confirmation.

What if I’m not at home at the time of delivery?

The courier makes two delivery attempts for each shipment. In the event that the recipient is absent even on the second attempt, the shipment will be held in storage at the relevant logistics offices in the area for 10 days, awaiting release to the new agreed address.

Can I return the order received?

It is possible to request the return of one or more purchased items within 14 days of delivery. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 14 days from the delivery date and shipped in a single shipment. To request a return, you can write to us at the email address order@rossellamigliaccio.com providing the following information: order number, email address used for the order, reason for the return. It is only possible to return products that are unopened, undamaged, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories. We are at your disposal to clarify any doubts about the procedure to follow. The direct costs for returning the goods will be charged to the customer and will be withheld from any refund. Any product returned not in compliance with the provisions herein will not be refunded. Once we receive the returned items, we will check the condition of the product. In the event that the return conditions are not respected or damage to the returned products or their use is found, we reserve the right not to accept the return. In this case, we will inform the customer of the outcome and we will invite him to collect the items, available for collection at our office, by sending a courier of his choice and at the customer’s expense. In the event that the products comply with the return conditions, we will make the refund within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products. The amount will be equal to the value of the returned items plus the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase. The return shipment and the related costs will not be reimbursed. The re-credit will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase and the customer will receive a notification of the re-credit by email.

Can I cancel an order?

Of course, you can contact us at order@rossellamigliaccio.com with the relative request. It is not possible to request the cancellation of an order from the moment in which the delivery process to the courier has begun.

Products

Where are the products made?

One of the founding values of our brand, and Rossella's inspiration, is and always will be the "Made in Italy" concept. For this reason, our products have been rigorously designed, crafted, and produced in Italy.

How should I best store the products?

We suggest storing our products in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat.

Do they have an expiration date?

Our products bear the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol. The duration after opening refers to the product when stored away from sources of light and heat.

Can I use the products during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

There are no contraindications for using our products during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We recommend consulting your doctor if you have any doubts.

Are the products tested?

Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested. Our lipsticks have also been ophthalmologically tested for use in the periocular area, on the cheeks as blush, and even on the eyes.

Are the products cruelty-free?

As mandated by European Regulation 1223/2009 since March 11th 2013, a complete ban on selling or importing cosmetic products and ingredients tested on animals has been in effect in all European Union countries.

Are the products Nickel free?

All our lipsticks comply with the cosmetic regulations regarding heavy metals, including Nickel.

 

While colored pigments may contain trace amounts of Nickel, these are always within the accepted limits of the regulation.

 

If you have any further concerns, we recommend consulting your family doctor.

Do lipstick colors change depending on the base color of the lips?

Certainly, it's normal! The color of everyone's mucosa is different, and for this reason, each color has been tested on different lips and skins so that, despite minimal variations, it remains within the declared palette. The three lipsticks of each season can still be mixed for extreme customization.

Is it necessary to choose the color of one's subgroup, or can it be varied?

Yes, it can be varied! Lipsticks indicate season and subgroup, but are mainly divided by personal style. That's why each season has a nude, an intermediate, and a red shade. By purchasing the Season Capsule, it's also possible to mix the shades and create an entirely new and personalized shade, but still within the palette!

Which lipstick to choose in the case of a true Season?

Lipsticks are divided by season and dominant, but also by personal style: a nude, an intermediate, and a red one. In the case of an absolute season, we suggest letting your taste guide you.

By purchasing the Season Capsule, it's also possible to mix the shades and create an entirely
new and personalized shade, but still within the palette!

What texture and formula do the lipsticks have?

The texture is luminous and creamy, with excellent pigment performance. For a more matte effect, simply blot the lipstick with a tissue. The formula is moisturizing, tested and certified, and contains raspberry extract made in Italy and a delicate note of vanilla perfume. 

What if I don't know my color palette?

On our website, you can find a test* to find out your personal colors.

When in doubt, follow your heart and choose the colors that inspire you the most!

 

*This test helps to get a first idea about personal colors but still doesn't replace a consultation with a professional.

Payments

Which payment methods are available?

1) Credit card

To complete the purchase and pay by credit card, simply select the “Credit Card” method of payment at checkout. Receiving a confirmation email will ensure that everything went smoothly.

All transactions are safe: Every purchase takes place in maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological and coding systems with  PCI-DSS  (Payment Card  Industry Data Security Standards) compliance which makes use of sophisticated technology against  computer crimes.

2) PayPal 

By choosing the option, you can use your PayPal account to make the payment. Using the service, once the checkout is complete, the PayPal page will open where you just need to log in to complete the payment.

Once this simple operation has been carried out, you will automatically be redirected to the site.

Receiving a confirmation email will ensure that everything went smoothly.

3)  Bank Transfer

The bank transfer payment option is only valid for the purchase of courses (not for the purchase of products).

The reason for the bank transfer must include the order number, the name and surname of the course participant, the name and date of the course in which he will participate.

4) Installments without interest and in total safety – Scalapay 

If you prefer to spread the payment over 3 convenient monthly installments and receive the products immediately, simply select Scalapay as the payment method at check-out and, after confirming the order data, you will be asked to access your Scalapay account to complete the payment.

If you do not have a Scalapay account, you can create one from the Scalapay login page in just a few steps before concluding the order.

Just add a debit or credit card (the service is available with Visa, Mastercard or Amex) from which the 3 installments will be withdrawn (the first installment at the time of purchase, the second installment one month from the day of purchase, the third and final installment two months from the day of purchase) and complete the order in just a few clicks.

The purchase of courses, using the Scalapay payment method, will allow you to immediately enroll in the course: the installments will be 3 and will be deducted monthly as described above.

The payment option via Scalapay is valid only for orders not exceeding €1,600.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay in installments. You can spread the payment over 3 or 4 convenient monthly installments and receive the products immediately. All you need to do is select Scalapay as the payment method at the checkout, and after confirming the order details, you will be asked to access your Scalapay account to complete the payment.

Can I receive the invoice?

Sure!

You can request an invoice once your order has been paid. 

Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a summary of your products, and you will also find the "Request Invoice" button (Note: The link is valid for a maximum of 24 hours,after which it will be deactivated).

You will then receive your invoice in a seperate new email.

Even those without a VAT number can request an invoice by entering their tax code.

For private individuals, having a unique code or a certified email address (PEC) is not mandatory.

To receive the invoice, simply contact our customer service at order@rossellamigliaccio.com torequest a courtesy copy via email.
