The founder of the brand Rossella Migliaccio
Entrepreneur, author, and image expert: she introduced Armocromia to Italy and founded the Italian Image Institute, the pioneering institute for higher education in image consulting.
Her first book, Armocromia (Vallardi, 2019) became an authentic editorial case which was followed by other bestsellers: Forme (Vallardi, 2020), Colori (Vallardi, 2022), and Volti (Mondadori, 2023).
After graduating from Bocconi University and having various experiences in advertising and fashion publishing, she obtained the international certification as an Image Consultant in London.
She also taught at the Politecnico of Milan and the Business School of the Sole24Ore in Rome and in 2022 she hosted her first TV program “Revolution” broadcasted on Discovery Real Time.
For years she has collaborated with international luxury, fashion and beauty brands and she is the point of reference for public figures and national newspapers. Already a TEDx speaker, she is a speaker on topics related to image, female empowerment and diversity.

A unique make-up, just like us
After many years dedicated to color, I wanted to create a makeup line that finally places the person at its core. A product range, presented in various shades through a professional methodology, that goes beyond the idea of 'must-haves.
Trends should not dictate choices; rather, they should adapt to personal characteristics, styles, and beauty habits.
The focus was on the beauty capsule concept - similar to a capsule wardrobe - with three lipstick shades each season (a nude, a mid-tone, and a red) and a complete eyeshawo palette.
All products are designed to be layered for maximum customization. The lipsticks can also be used as blush, encouraging the philosophy of buying less... but better.
This is the vision that inspired the creation of the Armocromia make-up line. I hope you can join me too in the discover of the magical power of colors.
