The founder of the brand Rossella Migliaccio
Entrepreneur, author, and image expert: she introduced Armocromia to Italy and founded the Italian Image Institute, the pioneering institute for higher education in image consulting.
Her first book, Armocromia (Vallardi, 2019) became an authentic editorial case which was followed by other bestsellers: Forme (Vallardi, 2020), Colori (Vallardi, 2022), and Volti (Mondadori, 2023).
After graduating from Bocconi University and having various experiences in advertising and fashion publishing, she obtained the international certification as an Image Consultant in London.
She also taught at the Politecnico of Milan and the Business School of the Sole24Ore in Rome and in 2022 she hosted her first TV program “Revolution” broadcasted on Discovery Real Time.
For years she has collaborated with international luxury, fashion and beauty brands and she is the point of reference for public figures and national newspapers. Already a TEDx speaker, she is a speaker on topics related to image, female empowerment and diversity.

A unique lipstick, just like us
After dedicating years to the study of color, I aimed to create a product that would be iconic and place the individual at its core.
A lipstick, available in different shades according to a professional method, which went beyond the concept of "must have".
It is not the person who must follow the trend, but the trend that must follow the person: their color features, their personal style and their beauty habits.
I wanted to focus on the concept of beauty capsules - just like the capsule wardrobe - 3 shades per season which include a nude, a medium and a dark shade, depending on the look of the day.
They can also be layered on top of each other and be used as a blush too, with a philosophy of buying less... but better.
