What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Free shipping in Italy for orders over €50.00

For orders under this amount, the shipping cost is €5.90

Shipping times are 2-3 working days from order confirmation

Free shipping in Europe for orders over €100.00

For orders under this amount, the shipping cost is €10.90

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

The courier makes two delivery attempts for each shipment. If the recipient is absent even at the second attempt, the shipment will be held in storage at the competent logistics offices in the area for 10 days, awaiting release at the new agreed address. For any problem relating to delivery, you can write to us at the email address order@rossellamigliaccio.com

Can I return the order I received?

You can request the return of one or more purchased items within 14 days of delivery. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 14 days of the delivery date and shipped in a single shipment. To request a return, you can write to us at order@rossellamigliaccio.com providing the following information: order number, email address used for the order, reason for the return. You can only return unopened products that are still in their original and undamaged packaging, and complete with all accessories. We are at your disposal to clarify any doubts you may have about the procedure to follow. The direct costs for returning the goods and organizing transport will be borne by the customer. Any product returned that does not comply with the provisions herein will not be refunded. Once we have received the returned items, we will check the condition of the product. In the event that the return conditions are not respected or damage to the returned products or their use is found, we reserve the right not to accept the return. In this case, we will inform the customer of the outcome and invite him to collect the items, available for collection at our office, by sending a courier of his choice and at the customer's expense. If the products comply with the return conditions, we will refund within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products. The amount will be equal to the value of the returned items plus the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase. The return shipment and related costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase and the customer will receive a notification of the refund via email.

Can I cancel an order?

Of course, you can contact us at order@rossellamigliaccio.com with the relevant request. It is not possible to request the cancellation of an order from the moment the courier has started processing the order.

Where are the products made?

One of the founding values of our brand is made in Italy. For this reason, all our products have been rigorously designed, created, and produced in Italy.

 

Are the products vegan?

All our products are Vegan Friendly.

Each product is made without animal-derived ingredients and with great care, to offer you makeup that respects your skin and your values, without compromising on quality. Additionally, oureyeshadows are also Halal Friendly.

Are the products cruelty-free?

As stipulated by European Regulation 1223/2009, an absolute ban on selling or importing cosmetic products and ingredients tested on animals came into effect on March 11, 2013, in all EU countries.

Are the products tested?

Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested.

Our lipsticks have also been tested for use on the eyes as eyeshadows, as well as for use as cream blush.

Our eyeshadows can also be used on the face for a harmonious total look.

Are the products nickel-free?

We understand how important safety is for those with nickel sensitivity.

There are no color cosmetics that are completely nickel-free, and our eyeshadows contain an amount that complies with legal limits to offer the perfect color safely, even on sensitive skin. For any doubts, we recommend consulting your trusted doctor.

How should the products be stored?

We suggest storing our products in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.

Do they have an expiration date?

Our products feature the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol. The duration after opening refers to the product kept away from light and heat sources.

Can I use the products during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

There are no contraindications for using our products during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We recommend consulting your doctor if you have any doubts.

Do lipstick colors change based on the natural color of the lips?

Absolutely, it's normal!

Everyone's lip mucosa is different, which is why each color has been tested on various lips and skin types to ensure that, despite minor variations, it remains within the declared palette. The three lipsticks for each season can also be mixed for extreme personalization.

Is it necessary to choose the lipstick from your subgroup, or can you vary?

Yes, you can vary!

The lipsticks indicate season and subgroup, but they are primarily divided by personal style. That's why each season has a nude shade, an intermediate shade, and a red one.

By purchasing the Season Capsule, you can also mix the shades and create a completely new and personalized tone, while still staying within the palette!

Which lipstick to choose for an absolute season?

What formula and texture do the lipsticks have?

The formula is hydrating, tested, and certified, containing Italian raspberry extract and a delicate vanilla fragrance.

The texture of the lipsticks is luminous and creamy, with excellent pigment payoff. For a more matte effect, just blot the lipstick with a tissue.

What formula and texture do the eyeshadows have?

The formulas offer a velvety, creamy, or silky touch, thanks to ingredients that enhance adherence to the skin, facilitate blending, and ensure comfortable application.

Additionally, the formulas are versatile and designed to offer a variety of effects, from sophisticated matte looks to satin and ultra-luminous finishes with a metallic effect.

The high concentration of luminous pearls (up to 70%) in the metallic versions ensures a bright and even effect.

The color is immediate, highly blendable, with a uniform, natural finish that is gentle on the skin.

The eyeshadows are formulated without: parabens, preservatives, TEA, ethanol, petroleum, and PEG, for greater gentleness on the skin and compliance with international safety regulations.

They are also formulated with 60% natural origin ingredients, in accordance with ISO16128 standards. The INCI is short, with up to 10 ingredients (excluding pigments).

How to use the eyeshadows?

Colors can be applied with brushes, but also with fingers.

Moreover, thanks to their texture, they can also be used as beautiful eyeliners!

The graphic guide on the back of each palette makes them easy to use even for beginners.

What if I don’t know my season?

Our website features a personal color test*, which you can find her. When in doubt, follow your heart and choose the colors that inspire you the most!

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

1) Credit Card

To complete the purchase and pay by credit card, simply select the “Credit Card” method as the payment method at checkout. Receiving a confirmation email will ensure that everything has been successful. All transactions are secure: Each purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological and coding systems with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) compliance which uses sophisticated technology against cybercrime.

2) PayPal

By choosing this option, you can use your PayPal account to make the payment. By using the service, once the checkout is completed, the PayPal page will open where you will only need to log in to complete the payment. Once this simple operation has been completed, you will automatically be redirected to the site. Receiving a confirmation email will guarantee that everything has gone well.

3) Bank Transfer

The payment option via bank transfer is only valid for the purchase of courses (not for the purchase of products). The reason for the bank transfer must include the order number, the name and surname of the course participant, the name and date of the course in which he/she will participate. 4) Interest-free and completely secure installments

If you prefer to split the payment into 3 or 4 convenient monthly installments and receive the products immediately, simply select Scalapay as the payment method at checkout and, after confirming your order details, you will be asked to log in to your Scalapay account to complete the payment. If you do not have a Scalapay account, you can create one from the Scalapay login page in just a few steps before completing your order. Simply add a debit or credit card (the service is available with Visa, Mastercard or Amex) from which the 3 or 4 instalments will be taken (the first instalment at the time of purchase) and complete the order in just a few clicks.

The payment option via Scalapay is only valid for orders of no less than €5 and no more than €4,000.

The Pay in 3 option (payment split into 3 instalments) is valid for purchases from a minimum of €5 to a maximum of €899.

Can I pay in installments?

Can I receive an invoice?

Of course! You can request an invoice after paying for your order. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email with a summary of your products and you will also find the “Request invoice” button (NB The link is valid for a maximum of 24 hours, after which it will be deactivated).

You will then receive your invoice in a new email. Even those who do not have a VAT number can request an invoice, just enter your tax code. In the case of private individuals, it is not mandatory to have a unique code or a PEC, to receive the invoice just contact customer service at order@rossellamigliaccio.com to request a courtesy copy by email.
